Timor Arbel-Sadras joined BRM in 2025 as a Partner to lead the firm’s growth investments. A true generalist, she brings over two decades of experience scaling and financing technology companies as an investor, board member, and senior executive.

Before BRM, Timor served as CEO of LeumiTech, Israel’s leading high-tech banking arm, and as Managing Partner at Viola Credit funds, part of Viola Group . In her investing career, she supported the growth of some of Israel’s most successful technology companies, working closely with founders through key stages of scale, market expansion, and capital formation.

Her earlier experience includes senior roles at EverC, Valoris Consulting, and product development leadership at Intel.

Timor holds a BSc in Industrial and Management Engineering from the Technion and an MBA with a focus on Strategy and Finance from ESADE Business School in Spain.
