GigaSpaces to Exhibit, Present, and Moderate High-Powered Panel Discussions at 2006 High Performance Conference in New York, September 18th

Major Financial Customer to Join Q&A to Describe Implementation Success.

New York, NY – GigaSpaces Technologies, the leader in scalability and performance solutions for high performance and stateful distributed applications, announced today that it will be exhibiting and speaking at the 2006 High Performance Conference (HPC) on Wall Street scheduled for September 18th at the Roosevelt Hotel in New York, NY.

GigaSpaces is the first software provider that puts space-based computing principles into a single software platform, enabling linear scalability for the entire application and middleware stack. In an afternoon session, GigaSpaces CTO Nati Shalom will deliver a presentation on how the emergence of new technology paradigms, such as Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and grid computing enables major enterprise financial services firms to face exponential growth in transaction and data volume in high-performance, business-critical applications. In the closing Q&A session, Andy Doddington of Bank of America will also be available for questions about how to put Space-Based Architectures and data virtualization models into practice.

In a second session that afternoon, GigaSpaces’ EVP of Business Development Geva Perry will moderate a panel discussion entitled “A Low-Latency Race: Addressing the Entire Technology Stack”. He will be joined by senior executives from BEA Systems, Intel, Red Hat, and Voltaire.

The 2006 High Performance on Wall Street conference program will focus on the deployment of advanced technologies in the financial industry including grid computing, cluster and blade systems, virtualization and utility computing and low latency solutions. Sessions will explore the benefits and opportunities for users while discussing total cost of ownership (TCO) issues including power, cooling and floor space impacts. A world class faculty including Wall Street practitioners and technology innovators will provide real-life insight into harnessing these advanced application development technologies in today’s cost-conscious business landscape.
