Hen joined BRM as VP in late 2025, where she wears three hats: leading the firm’s business development and marketing efforts, driving value creation and advisory for portfolio companies, and taking an active role in BRM’s investment activities.

Hen brings 20 years of experience in building and scaling operational and customer-focused organizations across startups and global corporations. She previously served as VP Operations at EverC; VP Customer Success & Delivery at Papaya Global; P&L leader at RSA Security; and Execution Manager at Intel. Across these roles, Hen built and led global teams (100+), with deep expertise in post-sale operations and B2B customers through scale and growth.

Hen holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
